We know it can be confusing at first, so we wanted to outline exactly how to process works, in detail, to make sure you know what to expect.

Step 0: Understanding the system

There is one key concept that ufound revolves around: You give in order to receive.

1. You warm intro two ufound members to two people within your network
2. You receive an intro credit
3. You use the intro credit to receive a warm intro in return

It’s that simple! Now, let’s dive into how we execute the process.

Step 1: Sign up to ufound

Fill out our sign up form here: https://profile.ufoundvalidation.com

We will be asking for three key things on the form:

1. Your Ideal Customer Profile + General Business Information
   1. We will use this to provide you with accurate warm intro profiles
2. One minute video introducing yourself, your business, and a fun fact
   1. This video will be used to provide other ufound members with comfort around connecting you to people in their network
3. A CSV of your LinkedIn Connections (we will never contact your network)
   1. This will be used for us to identify if there is anyone in your network that you could warm intro to other ufound members. Remember, you must give two warm intros to other ufound members in order to earn an intro credit.

Step 2: Receive an Intro Request

Once we find a connection in your network that fits a profile of interest for another ufound member, we will send you an email asking if you are open to making the introduction.

The email will include:

1. Information about the ufound member and their company (including a 1 min video from the ufound member for you to watch)
2. The connection(s) within your network that you can introduce
